Thoughtfully crafted Japanese cuisine,
cherishing the food culture of Hida.

Our restaurant was born from a simple wish —
to make carefully prepared Japanese food easy and approachable.
Each morning, we select fresh fish from the market
and prepare every dish with the attention to detail only skilled hands can offer,
while honoring the food culture rooted in Hida and the flavors of each season.
Whether dining with family or enjoying a quiet meal alone,
we invite you to relax and savor a moment that feels just a little special.
